Dining out should be a pleasant experience, atmosphere and in joying a meal you wish you could make at home. BJ’s was once the place to go every weekend, unfortunately this place is on the level of an after thought. The service, cleanliness and quality of food is a health issue. I’ve not gone for the last few month and thought I would give them a chance now that life is getting back to normal. I ordered two fish tacos and one had two pieces of fish the size of a nickel the other looked like a fried straw. The staff handled it horribly. I will not return, save your money. Time to get served after sitting at table, 20min. Time food served after ordered 48min. Time it took to get bill after dinner completed 30min. Dinning experience 0 through 10 = -8

Take-out order. $13 for the chicken sandwich below... didn't come with any of the veggies it was supposed to, completely dry bun (no condiments at all, was supposed to come with honey mustard), and no fries at all(which it was supposed to come with). Does this look worth $13??? What a joke, fast food looks better than this junk. Not wasting my money here again.

This was by far the worst experience I had! First of all we had a party of 7 and they sat us at a booth with a round table. The table was meant for like a group of 4 people or 7 extremely small people. Not enough table space for all of our food let alone drinks and apetizers. I ordered the Jalapeno burger cooked Medium and it did not have any flavor whatsoever! My girlfriend got the parmesian chicken and hers was alright. My uncle got the jumbalaya and his was alright. I would say my bad review is based on the seating experience and my own food!

When you order for pick up and get attitude from the worker getting your order, when they are 30 mins late.... and get home and your still missing food, and some of the food was wrong. The manager Crystal was nice when i called and gave me two pazookies to make up for it. But when i got home from picking up the missing food, and the people who made them give you the ones they messed up on. Management is better than the workers.
