I would like to commend Chrystal who answers the phone for the Danville PD. I had a very convoluted issue regarding an error with a parking ticket and she tracked down the information and presented a solution with 3 hours of our initial contact. In contrast to my Assembly representative who passed my issue back to me to spend my time investigating the issue - Chrystal was responsive and presented a solution. She is very conscientious and unfortunately in this era where we expect the worst in our public service organizations Chrystal's accountability and follow up were a very pleasant surprise. I commend Chrystal and have to say the Danville PD is lucky to have such a great representative working with the public.
