I got "Your item arrived at the PALO ALTO, CA 94303 post office at 9:15 am on June 13, 2022 and is ready for pickup." in the USPS tracking. But when I came to the office two days later the staff refused to give me my package, saying they sent it back to the sender. This is absurd. People just wasting their time there.

Why doesn’t anyone answer the phone? Been trying to get assistance for an important issue and it seems like it’s impossible to reach any live person at USPS

Spoke with an agent about a letter I had sent via express mail. USPS sent to the wrong address and the letter went straight to my return address. I was told since I was at a different location, they couldn't do anything, and I had to specifically seek out the old employee at the original location 10 minutes away, which closed in 5 minutes. Was as simple as a $10 refund and resending the letter, but this time around, USPS failed to deliver!

Wow what a disgusting location. I walked in and there were three clerks sitting there, I asked a question, no answer. No one even looked up. I asked three more times and none of them responded. I proceeded to ask ‘hello??’ and still no answer. That’s disrespectful and downright DISGUSTING. You should all lose your jobs if that’s how your treat other human beings. You should be ashamed of yourselves, all of you.
