Downright terrible!!! First, it smelled like weed everywhere! There was SEMEN all on the walls. The beds had stains everywhere. Employees were outside smoking. Our room service came to our room in a JUST a tank top and shorts. There were people stomping at midnight. When my mom went to the bathroom, a cockroach ran across the floor. Bottles and dog feces everywhere. The next day when we tried to find a resolution to our problems, my mother was called the b-word (female dog), and was threatened to be hurt. My little cousins things that they aren't supposed to see. This place should be shut down. The worst hotel experience in my life!!! Honestly deserves O stars.

We booked two nights but left after one night. We barely got any sleep as we could hear ALL of our neighbors. We heard people coughing, walking, moving around, and someone has a small child or something because we woke up at 2 am and 5 am from repeated banging on the walls. All that to say the walls are paper thin and it was a miserable night. We were told we would get a refund for the second night we didn't stay for and that they'd email us but we haven't received that email yet. So we will see.

We had informed them of a late checkin but when we arrived there was no manager to check us in and no one even answered the lobby phone. Finally after waiting half an hour, we had to go to a different hotel. We called them the next day and they were just so rude about the whole incident.

The hotel is fairly new and nice. Everyone at the front desk is nice. Beware that we were told the cameras on site don't work after finding out the catalytic converter had been cut out from under our car. We also found out ours wasn't the first on this property. People assume cameras work and record but just know, they dont work here even though you see cameras pointed to the parking lot outside. We asked for reimbursement on the cost of a replacement converter and have not been responded to by the individually owned hotel. The new converter was 350. So bring your own camera to point at your car if staying here, or you could also be a victim of a stolen catalytic converter.
