When an urgent healthcare need arose, we contacted their Office and immediately were reassured that appropriate 24/7 care could be started and provided for a week or more, with a flexible schedule toward the end of the requested service. Talk about a "dream come true", AND, they delivered!!! The caregivers were competent, kind and genuinely caring, honored our personal requests, and totally complied with Covid precautions. The weekly schedule appeared almost seamlessly with service reduction as our care needs decreased.
