A solid sit town Tex Mex restaurant in Downtown Plano. We have been coming here over the last 3 years and we have never been disappointed. Anything on their menu is worth trying. Cant believe I never got around reviewing this place. This time we got Chicken Tinga for appetizer and beef empanadas (which is okay). For our entree we got Shea’s Tamale Pie & Enchiladas. The tamale pie is a must try and is our all time favorite. It tastes amazing every time we order it. Very polite staff and nice ambience. They have ample seating over two floors. I also love their outdoor patio. My favorite time to go here is the brunch when they serve Sangrias. Overall a really good restaurant.

Excellent food. Had the tamale pie and it was delicious and filling. Half liter Mexican coke went well with it but expensive at 3.50. Very loud upstairs bybthe bar, but downstairs was comfortable.

We were so disappointed, because this restaurant came highly recommended. Everything looked good, but there was no flavor to the food. I didn't eat my rice because it was so dry and undercooked. Hubby didn't like that his enchiladas were saturated with cheese and not in a good way. Hubby also had to mix the black beans and Quacamole into the rice to make it tolerable. The service was eehhh. We asked our server for recommendations, but unfortunately the server was not familiar with the menu. Well now we can say we tried it and we definitely won't be returning.👎👎

Got seated right away. Waited forever for drinks waited forever for refills waited forever for food. Food was very expensive for the portions. Meat was flavourful but everything else beans and rice was bland. Still waiting on the check been here over two hours already. I'm ready to go home. Won't be back again.
