Today is the last time I will go to Ulta. Every time I go into the store (I used to work there many years ago) they ask for my phone number. I politely decline…do the same at Bath and Body Works and anywhere else. I continue to be told that it is necessary in order to return items. The receipt clearly states otherwise on the back. When I pointed that out after being given an attitude when I did not supply my phone number, the bag was set down on the counter at the end of the transaction and the MANAGER walked away. Awesome customer service. And this is not the only location that this has happened. I think it’s time Ulta trains it’s employees to open up their sales a different way.

I went into this Ulta with my friend today. I was trying the Fenty Beauty products and had a reaction on my hand. When we went back by the bathroom so I could wash my hands, my friend waited outside. When I went towards the bathroom door, one of the hair stylists (Sheryl I believe) told her client that she was working on that she was keeping an eye on us. When I walked back out I was Looking at the hair dyes. She was about to walk to the back to rinse her client or something and she said that she was trying to keep an eye on us. But we probably won’t take anything cause there’s cameras. She also proceeded to stare at us while we were shopping. My friend and I felt very uncomfortable. I will not be returning to this location because of this.It’s very unprofessional to tell a client that you think other customers are going to steal. We didn’t even have anything in our hands at that point either.

My experience was less than pleasant. I went in there just to browse and possibly purchase but I wasn't greeted and everyone around me were asked if they needed help while I was ignored. As employees you are to make All customers feel welcome no matter skin color. The employees here were very discrimanant, this can drive customers away!!

Brow Service - Yesenia did my brows today and she did an outstanding job! She was so patient listening to what I was hoping to achieve (an arched brow) and she made it a reality. The entire experience was a fabulous one. She has such a patient, good energy about her. 10/10 would recommend
