This place has been my go-to for 6 years now but after my last few experiences I'll be going elsewhere. Last time I went they offered to fix my coolant leak for $100, I passed because rent was due and I wanted to wait until my next paycheck. Two weeks later I come in for a headlight replacement along with the coolant leak they previously offered. This time they wanted $1k. I turned them down and asked them to send me the work order so I could talk to other auto shops, they took over a day just to change my headlight and I had to ask 3 times for that work order, only got it when a different receptionist than the one I was speaking to was on staff. Finally got my car back and the battery was dead because they left my lights on overnight. One of the workers walked out and jump started my car without saying a word to me, acting annoyed that he had to do it in the first place.

We got an oil change here and afterwards they told us we pretty urgently needed our engine flushed. Turns out we will need another oil change to do that. But they waited until after it was done to tell us to try to get more money out of us. When confronted, they deflected responsibility and showed 0 concern.

They put on my aftermarket struts (spring transfer needed) and diagnosed my diff leak, changed the fluid and had me out within a day! Kevin kept me updated and even replaced some bad camber bolts for me! Very thorough and honest people! Thanks kev!🤟🏽
