I was either really hungry or dang that Popeyes chicken was delish. Hot crunchy and not spicy ordered mild and it was perfect! Quick friendly and fresh. Definitely a five-star location! I should have took a picture but that biscuit was calling my name

Have given this Popeyes so many chances because of location even though over the last year I have had horrible service and order mess ups but today was the last straw. When I ordered online, arrived about 10 mins after my order should have been ready because of past experiences, the drive thru employee tells me part of my order isn't ready and will take another 10 mins. When I told her that I was given a time and I am here even later than the time given to me and now have to wait more she got rude and told me "it's not my problem, it's yours." I told her to cancel that part of the order and give me a refund. Was told had to do it on the app they wouldn't do it in the store. I couldn't find anyplace on the app to cancel it so I had to wait till the order was ready. Management really needs to figure out what kind of employees they are hiring and what kind of training they are providing these employees.

Starting with food, the chicken was REALLY delicious, after all, you have seen the crispy skin in the commercial and it was real. The biscuits are really good, the Cajun fries are really great to eat with the crispy chicken, and the chicken drumsticks are fast to eat. The drinks are OK like the rest of the fast food restaurants, usually serving water and soda. The service is very good. I've been on both drive-thru and inside and the service is really great, not like if anyone working there was mad, lazy, or all that kind of stuff. In the drive-thru, we get people who talk nicely and give us our meal. The one part that is really important is that they're polite. I said thank you after they gave my orders and have probably said "You're welcome." Third, atmosphere. When I went inside Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen®, the tables might be a little dirty with little crumbs. But overall it's great. Great Restaurant, I always go here on Tuesday and enjoy all the foods in Popeyes.

This has to be the worst Popeye's location I've ever been to. If you don't check your bag they'll for sure get your order wrong.The whole staff needs to be replaced. This month i've been there 3 times and each time something was missing from my order or I have been overcharged. Don't try calling the number because they never answer. I'm driving to the Colony Popeyes from now on. Please just shut this place down! I wish i could give this place a negative rating because that's what they deserve. 2 Thumbs down!
