Heidi was very welcoming when we arrived at the store. She spoke in the low-tech language which we needed, as she explained how she was setting up our phone and our account. She was available after our first visit when we needed her help with a change we wanted to make. Very professional.

We had a very convoluted idea - porting or adding four different accounts from landlines, cell phones and non-customers, to create one new account. Heidi and Kyle were friendly and professional and did a great job with the whole shebang over the course of weeks (waiting for phone shipments) and now it's running smoothly. Couldn't have been handled better.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, SELLING OPEN BOX PHONES AS NEW (corporate Verizon stores don’t do this) Picked up a phone here that I ordered online on the official VW website. When I got home and realized it wasn’t the right one, I went back and asked for an exchange (phone was unactivated but to my horror when I got home I saw the box as ALREADY OPEN) they sent me packing with a Verizon 1-800 number and told me they weren’t responsible for handling returns. When I called in the rep over the phone at Verizon told me she could have handled it. He directed me to a corporate store 10 minutes away; I then had to pay a $50 restocking fee at the corporate Verizon store even thou I hadn’t even touched or activated the phone. Don’t waste your time here, drive the extra 10 minutes to the corporate store in Nashua.I wasted several hours of my time and it cost me $50.

Hate is NOT a strong enough word. Verizon 'Service' is Terrible. No employee(?) cares OR knows anything about Verizon, But For, I assume, how to Quickly cash their unearned checks. Megaphones are more reliable and effective. Useless Co. providing(?) a 'service'. Real question is: to whom do they provide a "service" ???

Yes you can, if they are unable to do it through there system they can help you by calling onto the customer service line to get it done... or you can do it online at Verizonwireless.com
