Went there to get my car checked. The guy took my car for a ride . Came back and gave me the right advice that car needed wheel balancing which they did not provide at that location. Will definitely go again for other issues

I'm going to start off by saying, the interaction that I had with David Moon was exceptional the first time I serviced my one of my vehicles. I returned today to get a state inspection and my experience was not pleasant. I was met by an associate as soon as I parked and walked to the building which was a positive. I told him what service I came for and he asked for my keys and insurance. I attempted to hand him my keys and stated I will grab the insurance. He pushed my keys back at me and said go get your insurance. I walked back to him within a few seconds and handed him both and asked how long it would take. Simultaneously a white woman drove up to get the same service and the associate drove her car right in and then told me it would be a 30min-40min wait. To some this may not be a big deal but to me little things matter. To Mr. David Moon I did not appreciate that at all today. I know you've been working hard to turn this particular location around but the display of service today was unacceptable in my opinion.

Eric was wonderful handling the particular situation with my Dodge Journey and trying to use extended warranty for repair. He explained things well and clear provided excellent customer service. Thank you so much 😊

I have used this location several times for inspection, brake/rotor repairs, oil changes, etc. Today, I had to have my Molly the Denali towed there. They took her in right away, fixed it within 10 minutes and were amazing!! These guys are honest, provide quality work and complete the job in an appropriate amount of time for the work required. I will most definitely be back! Thanks!!
