They close at 8pm, I get there at 7:49pm and the door is locked, and the girl working the drive thru can only tell me "We're about to close. We have no donuts." I ask, "You don't even have donut holes?" She goes "No, we have no donuts." Talk about rude.

This Dunkin’ should be closed are hire new managers & associates. They will give you someone else’s order in tell you, ok? Are you going to pay? Like this isn’t my order why would I pay. Then when they give me my order that they think is correct; my coffee is half full and looks as if it was consumed already with my order sicker placed on this random cup. 2/10 do not recommend.

I wish I could change this to zero stars. They over sweeten the heck out of their drinks with no remorse and the syrup they use isn’t even good. They knowingly gave me 2 pumps of caramel swirl in my SMALL cold brew when I specifically asked for HALF a pump. Just ridiculous and I will not make the mistake of ordering from here again.

Extremely long wait, despite being the only person in the drive thru. Had my order re-made 3 times and each time it tasted completely different but was never what I ordered.
