Good luck getting Brian to call you back. We arranged for Re-Mobilizers to pick up my scooter, which we bought from them a year ago, and fix several items. My husband was explicit when he told them to go through the entire scooter and bring it back up to the conditions that it was when we originally purchased. One month later, after, a dozen or so phone calls to get updates, we get my scooter back and right away, I could tell that we wasted our time, effort, money and resources with this company. Upon delivery, the battery covering was not latched, the battery strap was not attached, the rear turn signal light was not working, the front basket attachment was not fixed, the squeak was still present. I will give it to Brian: The stabilizer wheel had been replaced, the battery charge lights were back on and the speed toggle had been repaired. The front plastic covering was fixed, but of the dozen or so items that we needed repaired, maybe 1/3 were corrected. We were charged for a covering that didn't look new and/or replaced. We called them right away, got a call back to see what we wanted to talk to Brian about and since then...radio silence. I asked the poor delivery guy about his thoughts on the battery being unstrapped and the plastic covering being loose...he pretty much said that he didn't work on this scooter and that if he had, it would not be returned in this condition. I guess part of our charge was rent for him to house my scooter for one month? First Brian told us a week, then we could not get any calls back. Then we spoke to a lady and she said a week. The run around was ridiculous. Even after we told the lady on the phone what we specifically wanted to talk to Brian about...no calls back. Any idea how difficult it is for a person who uses a mobility scooter to not have their scooter for one month? I had recommended Re-Mobilizers originally, but now, in no way can I suggest them to anyone who needs services or to purchase a scooter.
