If you haven't been here then you need to go. It's true what they say "it's the little holes in the walls" they have the best stuff. I can not believe I am just finding this place, and I have lived in Worcester my whole life. Mark was not pushy at all, he was very knowledgeable about what he had in stock and what needed to be ordered. I will absolutely come back!!!

I have nothing bad to say about this place. The prices are great! The brothers that work there are nice, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They made shopping for beds very easy and even match their online prices which was great! I picked my delivery date and was able to request a certain time for my beds to be delivered. Definitely go check them out!

The store was a little hard to find off the street but once I found it, it was excellent. I told the salesmen what my price range was and showed me all of my possibilities. I am very pleased with the service and was easy it was to schedule an appointment when I was available. I will definitely be coming back to Factory Discount Warehouse again!
