Y'all, I've been coming to Piada Frisco for the past four years and with every visit it has really gone down. The service was terrible, the food was not being replenished, the drink machine was out of order, the restrooms were repulsive and disgusting. The women's restroom had no toilet paper and the stalls were messy. My husband said the restroom had pee all over the floor and paper towel wadded up all over the sink. It's clear that none had cleaned the restroom (probably all day). I rarely give reviews but this time I had to. The experience should begin with with proper cleanliness and sanitation, and then good customer service and good food. Unfortunately, this location had none of the above. I don't want to come back. Please reconsider eating at Piada, and get your pasta to-go from another restaurant. Just look at these photos from the restroom and just imagine how well they take care of the kitchen! As for the food? The look of the sauce station was messy and the food temp was not very warm. I'd rather make pasta myself and save the money honestly.

Love love love this place. Every time when my boyfriend and I wants some health food, then we will come here! We always ordered online and pickup in store. That's can skip the line and I feel easy. I love the customized part which I can add many stuff to your bowl. I always order the super protein fit bowl. It has more protein than the salad. The food is super fresh and health. Their chicken and salmon is really tasty!! Their dine in area is good. Lot of space. It can maintain good social distance during the dine one. Highly recommended!

Coming in was nervous at first what kind of food this was but after trying it’s it was amazing. The staff was very friendly and patience with me cause I be clueless when it comes to establishment that let you create your own kind of deal. I’m glad I did . Everyone was so nice and the food was fresh and flavor was immersive, bold which is crazy since it fast causal dining spot. Definitely will be back. I got piada and loaded it with slots the toppings they have. Great for quick lunch or even when don’t feel like cooking. Give it try.
