The place has potential and it's in a great location but it's pretty run down, stains on the couch in our room. I found where an ice machine used to be on our floor but it wax just the hook-up. I had to go to the ground floor to get ice. They attempted to fix the light connections in the bathroom but just smeared some mud over the holes, didn't try to smooth it out, didn't paint it. There was a big jacuzzi out in the corner of the room which was out of order and dirty. The breakfast was very spartan; just some scrambled eggs, a couple of cold cereals, some biscuits and gravy but the gravy really was more like warm paper maché, practically no sausage in it at all. A few little muffin things. They had *one* waffle maker and nothing to put on the waffle besides very average syrup; not even butter. They were out of apple juice in the juice machine and the orange juice was basically orange water. They had a few little apples but that was it for fruit. The tables were not clean and the chairs were sticky. I have paid less and received much better amenities from other places. The next fine were in the area well stay somewhere else.

Rooms were pretty clean and the front desk gal was really helpful in getting hot chocolate for the kiddos and giving us recommendations for dinner. Breakfast was fine too. The big drawback was the pool. The kids swam in it, but the water was not very clear -- rather murky. I'm glad the kids didn't get sick.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the interstate. The front desk was very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was okay.

We were in the car for 12 hours and when we get there they tell us they don’t take cats. We have been coming to the same hotel for about 6 years. There website says nothing about not taking cats. So our only choice was to go off on our own and see if we could find another room or leave the cat in the car all night. Being tired and crabby we left our pets in the car. When we came with food i was going to sit in the comfy chair and eat, but it was so full of stains! Also went to wash my face and dry it and the hand towel was also stained.
