We got the daily thursday special for $10 which was beef enchiladas with beans and salad served w/ chips n salsa. It was kinda like an enchilada casserole, which was really good! Queso was good too, they will serve it with meat if you like it that way. And free dessert, which was chocolate pudding, yum!

Brisket and sauce was good a solid 4. Everyone enjoyed what they got. The massive difference in this place is the service (hospitality) I have been in restaurants for 32 years from cook to owner and this was one of the best examples of hospitality I have seen in a long time. I dont do customer service, I want hospitality. Every single lady in the place checked on us. Hell they even gave us desert cups like I was at home. You would be remiss to skip this place on any trip through Big Springs.

Just passin through… Don’t take this lightly folks - but that was the best BBQ I’ve ever had. And Brenda’s finest waitress gave me extra apple and blueberry crumble. Is there such a thing as too good?

We were looking for a local food stop after visiting the Vietnam veterans memorial and the Statue of liberty mini replica on the Tour of Honor motorcycle program. This place checked all of our boxes. Very local, nice people working there and that west Texas friendliness from the folks dining there. We had burgers and did a poor job planning for dessert but somehow finished some cherry cobbler. It's worth a stop if you are in the area.
