We had an inspection and water test done on our roof/chimney flashing area by Craig. He was very professional and patient. He determined we needed new chimney flashing, ice/water shield and shingles around chimney area. Set up scheduling with Jamie. He was very accommodating, working with our schedule. Roof tech (Eric) came out to do the install. He was very polite, answered all my questions, cleaned job site after completion of job. The job looks great. The whole process with the team from Adam Vaillancourt Roofing was very professional and would highly recommend them.

The Adam Vaillancourt Roofing team did a great job replacing my roof and five skylights. Adam Arsenau was my point-of-contact for project planning and sales. Adam was really easy to speak with and explained all of the steps and components clearly so there were no surprises or concerns about what I was getting out of my investment. Juan Muniz was my roofing specialist who oversaw the roof replacement. Juan and the roofing team were all highly skilled and very professional. They were extremely thorough cleaning up afterwards and a pleasure to work with all around. I'd easily choose Adam Vaillancourt Roofing again for a project like this. Their prices are a little above-average but the quality of work, quality of materials, and warranty you're getting out of it is easily worth the cost. Plus all of the employees are top-notch. Great service!! Efficient, professional, courteous. Clean up is unbelievable! I have extensive landscaping and nothing was damaged. The installation crew was amazing! The time was taken to explain to us every step of the process and what we should expect. To sum it up, as my husband keeps saying, Adam Vaillancourt Roofing is the best!! We are beyond thrilled with our new roof and the service given.

The entire experience working with the Adam Vaillancourt Roofing was excellent. Each member of their staff that I interacted with was knowledgeable and was willing to discuss what they thought was right and have the follow through to ensure it was done properly. Johnny did the initial inspection of the property and presented changes that needed to be done that I knew needed to be done from purchase inspection without prompting and showed understanding of my roof and was able to speak to my concerns. This attention to detail earned them the job as all of the other estimates would have clearly had hidden costs for found repairs or worse had corners cut. Then once the project commenced Juan and his team took over and worked around my schedule to deliver the job and also drive his team to provide extraordinary care to leave no trace on my property and educate me on the quality work they did both visible and covered. Their efforts in ensuring that my neighbor's property was also protected during the roof removal was also appreciated. They also had no hesitation correcting any issue that we had during any walk around. From first contact this company strove to set my expectations high and then exceeded the bar they set for themselves. It was also refreshing to know that even the waste taken from my property had a plan to be sorted and recycled. The knowledge that they were appropriately insured and did municipal work also helped make the choice easy. Even now I wish I had reason to work with Adam Vaillancourt and their roof and skylight specialists again.
