I purchased two vehicles from this company, was never late on any of my car payments and one of my vehicles began to give me issues. I took it in for repairs and that was a mess to begin with...now i haven't had my vehicle in weeks and they are telling me they can't locate it. To add insult to injury they literally cut off my other vehicle when the bill wasn't even due! I've called several times and literally get no where. Everyone points the finger at the next person, or come up with a new manager who Ive never heard of. If you are looking for a clean, professional, competent company to purchase a vehicle from please do yourself a solid and avoid them at all cost! Its not worth the stress or headache or multiple calls without notes in the system...too much explaining to get absolutely no where. I'm over working things out with them and moving forward with my complaint through the state.

If you are desperate for a vehicle and feel helpless because your credit is bad from previous bad decisions still DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I bought a seemingly decent 2013 BMW from these crooks on June 11th....it stopped on me on June 17th!!!! They have been playing games since then!!! I put $1600 down and paid another $400 payment today (June 25th 2002) and still don't have a car😪 They literally tricked me today into making another payment saying my car was ready after supposedly fixing front head gasket!!! Waited in the Texas sun to only be told my car still wasn't ready! These crooks are just as dirty as their nasty office looks when you walk in!!! All they keep hollering is "as is" knowing they have frauded people out of their money! They should be locked up!!! I am still waiting to see how this ends 🙃 Please please do not go to Auto Plaza in Irving Texas!!!

If I could give them a negative review I would! They are lier's & thieves!!! They will tell you what you want to hear and do NOTHING BUT TAKE YOUR MONEY!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM! DONT EVEN PULL ON THEIR LOT! The biggest mistake I have EVER made was getting my car from them! I had no credit because I had always paid cash so they said "oh, we'll help you build your credit" they haven't reported NOT ONE payment in over a year and a half! They will take money out of your accounts EVEN AFTER YOU MAKE YOUR PAYMENT! THIS HAS HAPPENED TWICE NOW! THEY LITERALLY TOOK $50 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT UNTIL I HAD NOTHING LEFT TO TAKE & THIS IS AFTER I MADE MY PAYMENT! THEY SHOULD ALL GO TO JAIL BECAUSE THEY ARE STEALING FROM HARD WORKING FAMILIES & THEY COULD CARE LESS!!

Ok so I went and bought a 2007 Honda Pilot literally hours after my previous car was totaled in a wreck. So I was in a rush. I paid $1500 down. I test drove and mentioned the check engine light was on. The car salesman said he have it taken care of. Waited 5 hrs and was told it was fixed and they need to reset it for it to go off. A week later it came back on. I called them and was told to make an appointment. Before I went I had a mechanic take a look. It was so much wrong with it. Before my appointment the car went out. I had it towed there. Called everyday for 2 weeks and no status. Finally, the lady in service called and said the motor went out. They need to order a new one. Waited 2 more weeks and no update. But they tried taking the payment. No, I blocked them from my bank. They blew my phone up. Finally I answered, and was told it was ready but I need to make a payment. Hell no. I was without a vehicle for over a month. Don't do it.
