I was a patient of DR Sobrado which he was great, once he retired this clinic went downhill fast. I'm so glad I found another location because the staff here are very unprofessional, rude and seem not to care about my well being.

Terrible place. My husband has been a patience for decades when it used to be Dr. A. Sobrado practice but, like everything, it has been sold to a factory mentality institution like Lahey who cares nothing about patients. I suggested my husband to find another place since I heard of the change but he decided to give it a chance. Big mistake. JUST to get a referral for a regular eye doctor exam, you have to wait 2 weeks and on top of it, you have to go to another place to get it. He also had issues with getting his insuline refill on time because of the burocracy of this place but he is finally convinced and he is not coming back. I am happy about that!

I’ve been a patient since 2009 when it was still called CoMedPro supposedly running by Dr. Sobrado who I’ve never met once! I only got to see the nurses who were rude and practically careless about my wellbeing. Every single appointment, I had to wait at least an hour to see them. Their excuse? We had to see the walk-in patients first. Then they would spend about 5 minutes with me before running out the door to see another patient. When I had some questions about my health, they said they didn’t have time for this and told me to make another appointment. Oh, and they had never got back at me for my blood test or other lab results. When I called, the rude receptionist seemed to be annoyed and told me if they didn’t call, it meant I was fine. Thanks!
