Awful customer service experience at this location. I went with my family for dinner shortly before 9 pm on Saturday. The location was not busy enough to excuse the 2.5hr wait for us to get our food. We were told that the kitchen was short-staffed, then that they lost our ticket. The manager on duty spoke with us and offered to mend the situation, we received a %20 discount after several corrections to our charges and the discount not being on the initial check. They lost an excellent costumer and we'll no longer be visiting this location.

I love the salad obviously. My favorite is the raspberry Chipotle shrimp with raspberry vinaigrette. Giant tvs for sports. Beautiful women staff, KB, Maria, and Kayla will give you the coldest beers and the best cocktails.

We had an excellent experience!! Maria was our waitress and Hailey came by just to check on us.. This was one of the best customer service experiences we have had. Both girls were super sweet. The food was awesome. The wings were extra well done like we asked for them to be. They were the normal size a wing should be not the huge steroid injected one a lot of wing places have. The manager came by at the end of our visit and was very kind as well. If you are in Frisco I can not recommend this place enough. They are Awesome all the way around!

We have been coming here since the Grand Opening. Great place for wings. Almost every Tuesday as a matter of fact. Like any establishment there are highs and lows to food quality and service, but Mike the manager is always helpful. And I absolutely love Kyla!! She is one of the hardest working women I have seen. She has been working here for as long as I can remember and I can say that no matter how busy I have seen the place or the rudeness of customers she exudes grace.
