** Update ** 7/21/2021 - The manager finally reached out to me on 6/25/21 and was upset that I posted a negative review on Google and Yelp. I shared my frustration in a professional manner and told them that this entire issue could have been avoided if they would just have communicated. I also told them I would be happy to adjust my review if they simply resolved the issue. It is now almost a month later and I haven't heard anything since. I guess the review stays. My wife and I bought 15 trees and a bunch of shrubs and spent about $9,000 between two trips. We bought the trees right after the freeze so they still looked great. Upon delivery and installation 3 weeks later, 3 Eagleston Hollies and a Purple Pilllar looked 75% dead and have since died. Multiple emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. I get it, they don't have warranties but we questioned them when they went to deliver and they said "give them some time, they will come back." They didn't come back and now the company won't call back.

We had a great experience acquiring trees from Chambersville Tree Farms. Anna provided us expert design ideas and worked us through each step. She was very responsive and detailed in her replies and we felt very comfortable while deciding which trees will be a good fit for our yard. When we visited the farm, Anna spent considerable time showing us the trees and marking the ones we liked. The pricing was very reasonable and so were the installation costs. We could not be more happier with the crew which came to install the trees. They were very professional and work diligently to install all the trees.
