Lockaway Storage was a great experience. They are friendly, easy to deal with and very accommodating. Renting was easy and the app works great. Canceling when I no longer needed the space was a breeze. I would definitely recommend Lockaway if you need to store a vehicle or RV. Great folks.

*** 6 Month Update *** Upgrading from a 1 to a 3. Yes, they did fix the propane and dump station. Unfortunately, they don't have potable water to fill your fresh tank but that's not a huge issue - because I don't like hauling full tanks of fresh water. They are working to pave the pothole-filled chalk rock driveway from the street to the gates - but still no word or timing on paving or asphalting the entire facility. The white chalk rock dust is layers thick on everything out there. It takes me hours to clean up my trailer after picking it up from their facility. **** End of Update *** Tenants have just been informed of yet another price increase - after a recent change in ownership. This will be the second price increase in a short time - and they still don't have propane available. The biggest issue though, is that the entire facility is covered with chalk rock - and the dust created by their high volume of in/out commercial daily traffic puts a thick coat of dust and dirt on everything in the whole facility. When we started with them a couple of years ago, it was more reasonably priced than it is now - but the dust and dirt make it miserable. Very disappointed and definitely will shop around for a better storage facility.
