I order two drinks, that was all. I used the app to order in advance. After I arrived in the spot, it took 16 minutes to get my drinks. I actually has to go inside to get them. This usually isn't the case with McDonalds, maybe it was just a bad day.

It was horrible, as I ate my food there was a guy on a ladder cleaning the dirty vents, you don't clean when people is eating.

I give every place 3 chances since people can have off days but this was the third for this location. Each time I've gone here the drive through service has been terrible. The cashiers have attitude and they wont give you your receipt. Top it off my orders only been right 1/3 times. The 2nd time i tried curbside and i was waiting for 40 mins for my food. Then today same deal waited 30 mins to get my food (which today i sorta understand there was a long line. However, the car that arrived at the same time got through the line before i goty curbside food) both burgers that i ordered were stale and they forgot one of the fries but at this point i needed to get back to work.

This Mc Donald's tends to be very unkept. Tables were never cleaned the entire time I was inside. The kiosk ordering is not efficient. If you do order at the kiosk you then have to take your receipt up to the counter to the cashier or you're order won't be completed. Thank goodness a customer told us. They should have a sign on the kiosk
