I hate to say it but there’s very valid reasons a few of the people in this office were “released” from their previous positions at another Texoma dealership after many, many years of employment. Telling customers “I’ve been doing this for years” and mansplaining to women when asked questions is unacceptable. The internet prices are great until you realize they’re going to tack on thousands of dollars of warranties you don’t need and then tell you the bank requires them when you question it. The bank will never require you to purchase warranties to qualify for financing, it’s a scam. Don’t fall for it. If you have already, call and cancel it, it was strictly to boost their commission.

Freedom had a car advertised for just under $21,300 so we drove all the way to Durant to find it had been moved to Whitesboro. We immediately drove to Whitesboro only to find out they had jacked the price up to just under $26,000. The lying salesman (Bo or Beau) told us that was what they had in it. They did not, we had already been told they had $23,000 in it and it had sat on the first lot for 60 days which was why the website listed it at the $21k. What a waste of time and gas! Tell the truth! Honor the prices you list on your website. We won't ever be back.
