Yesterday was my daughter birthday party. It was horrible. Our reservation was at 12pm and they said it was ok to come 10 minutes early . I was there 11:50am but nothing was ready for the party. Even socks was not ready till after 12:10 when the party has already started. I don’t know the party planners name because she did not even say hi to me And she was siting down and not being friendly. Also when it was pizza time. Pizza is not ready. So we have to wait around 20 minute Even though kid was very hungry. guest kids keep asking me about food But still my planner wasn’t there. Finally I found her I was ask her when is pizza is ready? She didn’t answer correctly and she don’t even say sorry to me. She just left. They could of let me of know about the pizza delay so kids could play more instead of wait . Also at the end the popsicles came out when the party was over and when more then half the kids left home . Terrible planning on their part. So I questioned the staff why the planning was done so horribly and their response “ I’m sorry I forgot to give her itinerary for the party” not even sincere apology. I worked hard to pay for this party and the services went along with it.. is making money supposed to easy?????

First timers to Fun City Trampoline Park. For my daughter's birthday I wanted to take her somewhere she had not been to before. I've taken my family to other indoor trampoline parks before but Fun City had a whole different vibe. While booking online there was a "special" that did not list what was included. I called and the woman on the other end was in a rush, which is fine, I get it, but she said it was for that day only and they could not be bought online. That did not quite make sense to me because I did buy it online no issue. The ticket was for Thursdays and it included jumping by the hour. So it seemed the woman was not informed of what can and can not be bought online. When we arrived we immediately noticed how dirty everything was. Items and trash all over the floor and barrels overflowing. All of their water bubblers are covered in trash bags and there are tacky printer paper signs ALL OVER THE PLACE. Don't do this don't do that can't break bills, etc. So we check in everything somewhat goes smooth. I had to buy a pair of THEIR socks because they didn't approve of the ones we had from another trampoline park. Fine. 🙄 So many games were broken or out of order it was sad. There was a weird smell through the place and it was worse when you got to the foam pits. The foam pits were ripped up the rock wall was visibly dirty as well. At one point I bought a bull ride ticket for my daughter and the girl at the desk radiod for a staff member but no one ever came and I had to ask another staff member who ultimately had to leave their post just to do the ride. There were sections that were for kids 10 and up with small children everywhere with staff sitting in the area. There were areas that were 10 and under with adults all over the place, again with staff right there. It was really disheartening to see so many rules being broken and no one enforcing anything. During our jumping time we decided to try the basketball area. We had to find a ball from the dodgeball area to bring to play basketball and that's when we noticed one of the Hoops had been completely destroyed. In the same area were stanchion posts just sitting off to the side where people jump. So dangerous! The area was not closed so I have no idea why staff would put these here. In the general area of the jump area the floor was covered with foam tiles which come up in random spots making it for an easy trip hazard. I can completely understand that they are not responsible for lost or stolen items but it's really sad when other people steal water from a cubby because the bubblers were not available. So we had to buy new drinks as ours were taken. Finally, the door to exit there is no one to check and make sure kids leave with an adult. It is an automatic door that opens with motion. Terribly scary to know anyone can come in and anyone can go out without staff there. I do not see our family returning to this indoor trampoline park in the future.

Took the family here today. My kids LOVED it. They had a great time jumping around on the trampolines and there is enough to do so they stay interested from activity to activity. I'm not complaining about the crowds but sometimes the older kids would move around like a herd of buffalo which is this concerning if you have smaller children. I would recommend and probably will be coming back here again

Went there Saturday 3/5 and had an interesting visit. I was charged $84 for 3 90 minute jump tickets. Which I thought was expensive but the employee helping me had a crazy demeanor for working at a place called fun city was generally annoyed about having to be there. So I didn’t bother asking why. No receipt given to check. Place was overall dirty. No dodgeballs were anywhere to be found, basketball hoops were decommissioned, and foam pits could use some love. I was told adults had to pay if they intended on jumping with their kids so I paid for two adult and kids ticket. All I saw once getting up to the trampolines were parents with no bands/socks jumping, I understand the rules but at least enforce them so I don’t feel taken advantage for following them. Kids had fun, I had fun, that was the point. We went on a busy Saturday so I take things with a grain of salt. But the first employee I interacted set the tone for mild disappointment soon after walking in.

Hi Ryan, Socks cost $2.50. We do allow socks from other trampoline parks.

Are people allowed to stay overnight for a challenge like you know those YouTube videos where people do last to leave the trampoline park would you be okay if people sleep in your trampoline park and do last to leave the trampoline park?

Yes, there is a ball pit but I would suggest staying close. Sometimes older kids run through with little regard for other kids.
