Owners are super nice and so accommodating by arranging large yards between RV sites that allow you to relax and enjoy a sunset. They are in the process of building a new RV Park and doing it the right way. So glad we found this place. Just what we were looking for, thank you so much for thoughtfulness and caring.

Hi Marcela. We charge a flat rate of $600 that covers the lot, electricity, water and trash. Feel free to visit our website to learn a little more about our wonderful little community.
Hi Lawrence. We are a flat rate park (everything included) at $600 per month. We cater to long-term tenants and they tell us this actually saves them annually.
We do have a playground that we will continue to add on to and the bathroom will come with the laundry room in the Spring
