This rv park isn't great new management the pool closes at 8pm not even dark kids has to be in by 8pm the electricity is setup all wrong the septic system is bad the water is bad and you can't have anything in your grass she will tell you that you don't pay for the grass and no more fire pits at all no hanging outside with friends or you with be written up and told yo leave I don't recommend living here ar all

The laundry room is free to do laundry. That's awesome and the pool was a big deal. It's nice to cool off in the Texas heat. The price is good too. I will be back in Ft.Worth working and I will be staying at Valley Rose RV Park. .

Valley Rose is a nice place to call home while on the road. Teryn is helpful and cares about the value of the park and works very hard to keep it a nice place. We’ve had a good experience staying there.

We did enjoy our stay at this storage & RV park. Some different quarks about this park. Mostly blue collar workers. All poured concrete street and pads. Many sites are not level as they slope left to right and front to back. Only dumpsters and showers are at the front building. Dog park small and small dogs can get under fence. Some pretty run down campers and random trash everywhere. $75/$50 nightly rate is crazy but only $175/$150 weekly and even better monthly rates. Wifi is low average and AT&T is poor. People were friendly and kept to themselves, mostly.
