Owners live on property nicest people you'd want to have for neighbors and landlords. Security cameras and good neighbors make you feel safe. Rent is very reasonable and rental storage units on site to stow your extra stuff. Couldn't find a better place to call home!

Pets are welcome but larger dogs that's something you should the owners about!
We had an RV over ten yrs old it was nice and they loved us believe me they had some that were pretty bad there. The people are very fair and friendly
