As a Longhorn member for one year and counting, I’ve learned to appreciate the community-based approach to fitness. Prior to joining, I would insist on working out alone and holding myself accountable. While I’m ultimately in charge of showing up each day, the designed programming has helped me reach my goals more sustainably. I’ve gradually progressed to more complex movement variations and often meet the prescribed standards. I attribute much of my success to the encouragement of coaches and classmates. I always feel comfortable asking for help and derive motivation from the competitive environment of each session.
