I love it here. The other reviews are just because the manager runs a tight ship. The grass and complex look beautiful. The maintenance has always come and fixed what I have wrong if I call the office. Will be renewing for sure. And to the lady with bedbug. You have to bring those in with you. They don't just appear and this complex is way too clean and the apartments way too nice to have bedbugs for sure.

My experience was very unpleasant. I was given an eviction notice, with no prior warning, during a pandemic. Later, after having moved out of the apartment, I was threatened with having an eviction filed again. When I called the office to straighten things out like an adult, I was hing up on as soon as I informed her of who I was. Completely childish behavior from someone who is supposed to be a professional. I wouldn't recommend living here to anyone. The neighbors alere very nice, but management needs to be gutted and redone.

I moved here last year and got a three bedroom. They just remodeled my apartment and it had LED lighting and wood flooring throughout which is way easier to keep clean. While living here they even added a private backyard that is HUGE. My dog loves it. They are pet friendly built a small dog park. The pool looks great and I cannot wait to use it this summer. The complex is quiet and neighbors are nice. The manager is friendly and always helps me when I need something. Maintenance can be a little slow but he's all by himself and usually gets you taken care of the next day. I am very happy living here and I don't mind the price considering all I get with my rent. I even get texts when I have packages dropped off at the office, I will be renewing until I buy a house.

I have been really happy with my experience. Management was always helpful and didn't overcharge for anything (which is very rare in the apartment complex world). The prices are insanely cheap compared to other Azle complexes. It allowed my husband and I to save up money to buy a new home. I leased a one bedroom for 6 months and it had just been remodeled and updated before I moved in. I never had issues with any of the provided appliances or air conditioning. Laundry is $1.00 a load, so be prepared to get change if you don't already have a washer and dryer unit. Management will make change for you if you need it. If the office is closed you can go to Albertsons or the Washateria down the street. There is a MAJOR problem with illegal dumping at this complex. You will see mattresses and furniture sitting beside the dumpster for awhile.
