We wanted a van type and didn't have one. It was ok. These people had just been vandalized the night before. Poked holes in gas tanks and stole gas from several vehicles. The people were very nice there.

I have a contract for repairs on my car. The warranty covered a rental for up to ten days and it was supposed to only cost me five dollars a day out of pocket. Enterprise price gouged me and said I would have to pay 20+ a day. I can't afford it as I am a single parent and it's Christmas. I have the voicemails and if it isn't changed to reflect it I'm calling better business bureau. Other than that they are polite on the phone. No thank you. I will never rent a car from them.

Customer service was excellent. Vehicle smelled bad of cigarettes and it was dusty. Salesman knew it smelled bad when he brought it out and had back windows down. I had to stop and buy febreeze. Febreezed it daily several times a day. When I took it back they gave me a discount off the bill and apologized for it.

I rented a kia soul here, they were nice and somewhat accommodating and made it simple and easy, I rented the car for 2 days on a Thursday and I’m supposed to bring it back on the morning of Saturday. When Saturday finally came, I called them and spoke to their female manager, I asked if I could return the car on Monday and asked will there be a penalty or would I be charged an extra 2 days? (I know Im lazy, I just was tired of the trip I went on so I asked if I could return it on Monday) the female manager checked my info and told me that it was ok and I wouldn’t be charged for it, I was surprised but felt happy that they wouldn’t charge me, I didn’t use the car on the weekends and just rested, on Monday morning I went to the gas station (Mind you, when I rented the car it was 3/4 full, but I thought, what the heck, they’ve been nice so I will fill it up, and so I did) I returned the car and lo and behold they charged me an extra 2 days, when I confronted the manager about it, she had a complete 360 and told me that it is unreasonable for them to give an extra 2 days free and that I used their car so I need to pay an extra even though on Saturday she said on the phone that I could return it on Monday free of charge! she didn’t budge, so I called their higher ups and the man I talked to on the phone basically said the same thing, and sided with the manager. In conclusion, they support each other even when they lie to their customers, just to get an extra buck!! I ended up paying for the extra and plan to never rent a car there again. horrible customer service and felt cheated and tricked out of my money.
