I usually go to Lowes, but went to this location because Lowes doesn’t carry Dyson vacuums. An older female cashier, that I encountered, needs some additional customer service training. Unbelievably rude and condescending. I’ll continue to go to Lowes where I receive great customer service at every visit.

They had what I was looking for but when I went to use their $15 off coupon I was forced to use their credit card. I also had a Home Depot gift card that I couldn't use with their $15 off coupon. Fine print and special rules are not the way to keep customers.

I had a great experience today. Today, Cathy was my cashier. She was out in lawn and gardens. She was the nicest and most helpful person I ever came on contact at there. Great Customer service is one of reasons I come there HD over Lowes. Cathy was a big part of that today...

Like coming here as I am able to get what I need as a do-it-yourselfer. Times change and the newer appliances are more efficient and designed to save money and energy. Love the friendliness of the staff and the knowledge given as to how and what you need to complete your project.
