Missing some important things, but over all is ok. Customer service need a lot of improvement with the exception of one or two very nice women in it.

I been member since 2004 and spent thousands to shop this store. I had an incident recently a women approached me with ONE item on her hand she asked me if she can use my card to buy the item she was waiting her sister but was getting late and I said okay. Once the transaction was done the manager on duty rushed to get a copy of my receipt and suspended my card up to 90 days. For what? It was more appropriate to give me a warning or let me know it was against the policy at that time, this is not how you treat you customer I was already felled up by their attitude on the ALEXANDRIA location. I raised the issue to membership customer service none has been than. Now I am closing your membership and I be will more than happy to take my business to your competitors. I WILL EVERYONE KNOW TO WHAT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU HAVE AND THAT YOU DONT DESERVE TO SPEND A PENNY AT BJ'S. YOU LOST A CUSTOMER AND WILL LOSE MORE.....

I have a membership here and at one of BJ’s competitors. My BJ’s membership is up next month and I won’t be renewing it. Why? Recently, BJ’s has begun allowing ultra aggressive sales tactics specifically for cell phone service and home solar panel sales. By aggressive, I mean a BJ’s employee or authorized contractor approaches and corners unaware customers as they go about their usual shopping within the store. These “salespeople” engage/corner the customer in a scripted sales pitch not unlike a door-to-door salesperson. Today, I was approached by both of these “salespeople” within two minutes of one another and it was genuinely uncomfortable. At least one of the salespeople in question corners me every time I go to this BJ’s location going back several months. As someone who really doesn’t want to spend any more time in a warehouse club than I have to and finds these sales tactics a terrible abuse of basic trust in the retail experience, I’m out. (Mind you, this is much different than the booth salespeople who solicit but don’t leave their booths to do so at Costco. I can just walk around those folks.) Additionally, this location is small with a similarly proportionate selection of goods and staff compared to the competition. (You really don’t sell Coke Zero?) Also, one has to digitally clip and use coupons to buy certain items at the lowest price — competitors don’t make customers do that. We do get a very convenient location at this specific BJ’s that is somewhat less crowded than competitors and that’s really the only reason we had kept both memberships. It’s closer to grocery store timing than a half-day outing. But after being accosted within 5 minutes of being in the store today, I’ll deal with the grocery store in between the big outings. BJ’s Corporate, if you’re listening, you should be aiming to make customers feel more comfortable upon entering your store, not less.

Large variety of products and produce. Very good offers and sales. the distribution of goods is very well organized. Many of the products are high-end and high quality at a reasonable price. Parking is free and always available. They often have seasonal offers for Christmas Easter Halloween and summer. The checkout counters are often very busy, try to come here when it's less busy.

I don't know..sorry
Yes. Only if you order online. We do not have employees from each club to deliver. It would be almost like Instacart. BJ's hires people to deliver. I hope this helps.
Not sure about Maryland but there is a Costco in Arlington, VA and a BJ's in Falls Church, VA
Yes and they are cheaper than in other places including Amazon
