Very nice public park. Great for leisure walks. I had bad experience due to some locals smoking weeds in the park.

It is a beautiful rose garden. There are a lot of roese. There is a small playground nearby. People also have a picnic. It's dog friendly park. I see a lot of dog s here. However if you come here on the weekend it is a bit difficult to find a parking spot.

No entrance fee and they do have onsite parking.
There are many varieties, it's hard to remember all plus I'm no expert. There are also few climbing ones

Of the plants and wildlife, sure. Of the bipeds (+their quadrupeds), it's warshington, so beware...
