Right from the moment I emailed Classic Auto Detailers, I knew I would be getting a different and better experience. They responded quickly but very friendly. When Daniel texted that he would be at my house in 10 minutes, he was. He did a great job and was just so friendly and nice. I will be returning her for my other car and going forward. Had to get my SUV ready to ship over seas. The detailer spent more than 6h on my car, removed all the miniscule dog hair, left the seats looking spotless, cleaned the engine, the wheels, and met every requirement for shipment! We went with the Special Detail, which includes everything I mentioned, well worth it! Thanks Classical!

I booked for a classical detail package so my vehicle could be shampooed (interior detail) and washed (outer detail). I specifically asked before booking on the phone that I live in an apartment complex and while we have plenty of space to perform the job, we do not have an electrical outlet for you to plug your equipment into. I was told that this is a non-issue as they have their own power equipment and generator and therefore do not need a power outlet. I booked for Tuesday. After I was booked and everything was scheduled they contacted me to reschedule me for a different day of their choice. Ok, no worries, I changed my schedule to suit theirs. This was about a week in advance. Finally on the scheduled day, I made all sorts of changes, cleaned the car inside and out to make sure the cleaner does not have any challenges when cleaning, and I waited. After waiting for an hour I get a phone call from Daniel telling me that he wants to know if I have a power outlet that he could olug his equipment into. I told him that this is the reason you guys are hired because I don’t and I told your booking specialist before I even booked if this was going to be an issue and zi was told it was not going to be an issue so what is the problem? He blabbered with whatever lame excuses he had and offered to send me a “friend of his” who could do the job. Now how would I know the legitimacy and credibility of “that friend” of his. So I refused. Needless to say this business did not follow through on their words and their promises and wasted my time. So buyers beware.
