Called store to check on baby formula showing in stock online in store. Was told to hold on, the woman put the phone down and continued to do whatever. Eventually I hung up and called back. Same person answered the call and asked again if the formula was in stock and she said “no, we don’t have any”. Is this our new customer service? Very sad.

it's near my job so I 'thought' it'd be useful "Wrong!!" Each time I've gone in I couldn't make any purchases bc "their Computers are down & Cash only" Staff seems nice & apologetic though, whatever that's worth. *Update; as of this post I've past there for More than a week straight and there's the same big sign on the 🤬 door!! I've never seen a Walgreens in such poor shape. "come back to the future.. nobody carries cash, and get a new tech service"

They need more cashiers. They need someone at the photo counter at all times. My 5 minute visit turns into 30 minutes because of the long wait to get rung up.

Most of the employees are okay but night management is rude they don't know how to speak to customers without attitude makes me wonder why they have a job in customer service when they can't communicate with a positive attitude
