Gaps in door let's heat in AC useless 85 degrees in room. Chairs stained would not advise sitting on them. Sheets on bed doesn't looked changed. Used my own sheet over theirs. They are trying to upgrade at your exspense.

Very poor. No fire alarm that worked. Few lights in room worked. "No Refund" signs posted in many places. I killed a cockroach in the bathroom. Wide spaces all around door. A NEVER AGAIN experience!!! Office does NOT open as per the sign on the door states. BAAD!!! 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠🥵🥵🥵🥵

There was nothing good about this place. Gross, rude, and full of lies. Their web site says pool and continental breakfast, they have neither. Outside was full of trash and broken glass. Clientele was loud and sketchy for the most part, lots of yelling and fighting. We were supposed to stay a week, but left after two nights. The laundry facility is actually outside. Cops were there often. Like threes cruisers at a time. The room was dirty, The floor was sticky and dirty. I could not go barefoot in the room. My dog would nor even lay on the floor. The shower mat was torn and dirty, the toilet was broken, the top was cracked. It ran forever. The chairs were stained, the bed had cigarette burns all over the comforter. The cell charger got very hot when plugged in, the wiring is clearly unsafe. There was a plastic shopping bag tied tightly over our smoke detector so it wouldn’t detect smoke. Very unsafe. I made a TikToc video of the outside and inside. Watch it, the place is disgusting. gypsywytch63 is my TikTok name. We are travel nurses and have a blog too. They say they wish they would have known about the deficiencies on their responses to review, they know but just don’t care. Lies, all lies. They do not care, do not give refunds. The office was locked until late morning so you couldn’t complain most of the time. You couldn’t find staff. The last photo is the pool. They filled it and planted grass. Their website clearly shows and advertised the pool. Do not stay here. It is gross and unsafe.I hate to even give one star. I wish I could give negative stars.

Everything in room was unplugged and melted dried wax on the walls and stuff written with a marker on the pictures on wall and blow-dryer did not work! Couldn't sleep due to people down stairs fighting and yelling and cops coming due to that issue never again stay when I'm in Greenville! Heard from others staying had roach issues luckily we did not have an issue roaches in our room.
