Just your typical roadside inn. The reviews may scare people away but it honestly is not horrible. The area is not the best as there's an even more low budget hotel next door. Several sketchy people were just wandering the parking lot. The lot has some pot holes and is pretty small. A lady who appeared to be under the influence of something came to my room looking for "Kyle" and this gave me a bad impression of possible drug activity going on. The clerk was nice and got me checked in quickly. I was in a room on the 1st floor. The room was dated and old. However, it was clean. The halls were quiet at night and I slept well. There is also a fitness center. There is a small breakfast in the morning. I did not eat anything. Overall, I'd stay here again if I had to but it wouldn't be my top choice. There are other hotels off the same exit that seem safer.

Positive: It was very clean and the room was comfortable! When I arrived my check in was quick and the room was nice and cool on a hot summer day. Ther was plenty of parking and it was easy to pull into off the main road. Negative: I did not like the tiny one. Up coffee maker. The coffee was watery.

Positive: Very Friendly & Accommodating Staff. Hotel Team Member was Wonderful. Really Refreshing to be Greeted by such a Warm & Friendly Representative of Quality Inn. Negative: Quality Inn was a Great Experience. Whole Hotel had Zero Noise. Clean Lobby & Hallways and room. Slept great.

I didn't expect the Ritz, but I was hoping to at least take a shower. The shower didn't work. The pull thingy that creates the shower was missing completely. The tub was yucky so taking a bath was out of the question. Last but not least the sheets hadn't been changed. $80 plus tax and can't even shower, not acceptable by any standard.
