My and my grandma went to sonic just to order some snacks, I ordered a chicken pack. Whenever I opened the bag to this?! A dry black peice of chicken. Super dry!!

They have an app and if you order your drinks anytime they are always half off and also they give you free stuff randomly. And when you get there all you have to do is park and enter your stall number In on the app and they bring your drinks and food right out to you. Literally no waiting time. It is great!

I came for a cup of ice. When I worked there under a different GM and our ice machines were broke/not working right, we wouldn't sell bags of ice- understandable. Refusing to sell a little cup of ice though? Odd haha.. can sell a customer a drink with ice in it but not the same size cup with just the ice. This Sonic hasn't always been the best, but it's been extra trash since this other manager took the place over. If you've lived in Canton long enough, you know.

Did online order, waited 20 minutes when we got there, hamburger and French fries were COLD, called for service for them to come and get it, Mgr told me that they were short staff, THAT IS NO EXCUSE FOR COLD FOOD. when I got 2nd order, fries were hot, hamburger was just ok. This is the 4th Sonic that I have had BAD EXPERIENCE. I think Corp. Needs to look into the service Sonic is NOT GIVING.
