As another reviewer said, I called AAA for a tow with 2 kids in the car on the side of the highway. AAA reassured us it would be quick since it was considered a dangerous spot. We waited for 2 hours before I called AAA only to be told she had no updates from the driver and would have them call me. I still didn't hear from them for another hour and 15 minutes. When I told them I got another place to tow but that they would be expected to pay, the guy on the phone Jarod i think his name was, he was extremely rude and said they wouldn't be paying anything. Don't ever use this company. Save yourself the hassel and get Tri-City Towing or Doug's Towing. Have had much better experiences with them.

Worst experience I have ever had with any business. Driver arrived 2 1/2 hours after the call. Arrived with attitude and apparently had made up his mind on the way over he was not going to tow my vehicle. Offered several nonsense excuses and left me stranded. Literally just walked away.

Don't junk your vehicle with these guys. They will offer a price say they don't cash offer an online payment or for you to visit their location to collect payment, then they will pull the bait and switch and try to give you less money. I had a few vehicles in to get rid off and another company picked the rest up with out any issue.

The driver "Jason" was extremely friendly, and professional. Got us off the side of the road and home quickly and safely. I would highly recommend these guys anytime you need a tow, or roadside assistance. Thanks Jason, job well done!
