Have had issues with my husbands CPAP supplies for over 10 months, supplies either don't arrive or are incorrect. Have spent hours upon hours each time we get an order trying to get it straightened out, put on hold, disconnected, no follow up. Charged for supplies that don't go with his machine. Have been atrocious to work with. I'm all for supporting local but this is unacceptable.

The first person in billing couldn't help me with the invoice because it wasn't a billing issue, but a product issue. She kindly transferred my call. The second person either is very soft spoken or didn't have the mic near her mouth. I asked her to please speak up, which she did, then got very quiet again. When I said I couldn't hear her again, she rudely informed me she hadn't been talking to me. I asked for her supervisor. When he came on he was respectful, and patient as we tried to sort out my issue. Immediate action was taken to fix an error made with a wrong part. In total the experience was positive, I chalk up the second person's rudeness to a bad day, we all have them right.

This review is late in coming, but better late than never. I bought a Golden brand recliner chair for my father last September 2021. Shortly after delivery, the caregiver discovered the power back & leg functions weren’t operating properly. I had purchased from “Mariah”, who left her employment there suddenly and had to retell my story to a new contact. Eventually, Dave, the manager, took responsibility and contacted the manufacturer (several times) to either repair the recliner or replace it. Covid has negatively affected the supply chain, and it took until December to finally get it replaced. The new recliner worked as it should and the problem was finally resolved. Thanks to Dave for his persistence and commitment to customer service (& Trysta) for taking responsibility for this issue.

Very unprofessional. Felt as though I was putting them out and the person I dealt with didn't seem to know what she was doing and definitely would not go out of her way. I also tried calling several times to cancel my appointment and noone answered phone...not even an answering machine would pick up. Didn't seem as though I was getting anything but excuses. Would never refer them! DHMC was able to help me in 20 minutes for what Keene wanted several appointments to do!
