If I could give a rating of less than one star, I definitely would. There is nothing good about this shop and it's owner John. He is a shyster, and not an upstanding business owner, or man for that matter. He does not follow through with orders from customers, bad-mouths others, and does not pay employees what is owed to them. Being an owner of a skate shop, he didn't even have the guts to show up and the new Redding skate park opening! If that isn't bad enough, this man stoops as low as to bad mouth an owner of a new skate shop in Redding, which is totally uncalled for. Customers beware, and know who you're dealing with.

Took my son in recently & found the staff to be extremely knowledgeable & helpful. Customer service was excellent. Great selection of boards. We will be back!!

Their online shop and service is abysmal. I placed an order on a skateboard deck and patiently waited over a month. There was no tracking or confirmation of the item being sent so I sent the shop over 4 emails. When I finally got a reply I was told the item would be sent ASAP. The item got cancelled 5 weeks into the original order with no explanation at all. I haven't received a response from them since. I'm sure the owners are nice in person but they have no business holding standards to their online shop. The item I ordered still shows up on the e-shop, I'd avoid them at all costs.

i can only talk about my online shop experience; so the comment should be nuanced. my order had been cancelled without any notice. absolutely no word, no apologies, nothing. I then called to ask why, i've just been told that the item was not available; thats it, deal with it man. a week later, the item was still shown available. very poor way to run an online shop, and to treat its customer.
