I drive 2 hours round trip from Burlington Vermont to do business with Cyclewise. Yes we have a couple of motorcycle dealerships here. The one in particular here that carries Shoei helmets seems like they could care less whether or not they sold you something or not. There's certain people that shouldn't be in customer service and that guy is one of them. I've been there 4-5 times and always the same guy with the same care less attitude. You would think if your choosing to spend your money there and buy a $700 helmet that a little conversation wouldn't hurt. Cyclewise in general is just a great friendly business that will take the time to make sure that you are taken care of.

I live in Saratoga Springs New York and this dealership is the nearest Triumph dealer to me. 73 miles is nothing when you get treated with such high levels of customer service. I cannot rate this place highly enough. They have done my annual service twice and new tires once and from their pricing, initial conversations, booking and completion it is always faultless service. I just wish they had been able to find me my latest bike because I'd love to do as many deals with them as possible and they set high standards that others dealers can't replicate. Safe to say I'll be heading their way for my new bikes services and tires.

I would recommend anyone to do business with them! Bought a 17 Ducati diavel from them and they were a pleasure to deal with and made everything super simple and easy as I live 12 hours away. Went and picked up the bike finally yesterday and they were super friendly and helpful. Even loaded the bike in the back of my van and helped me figure out how to strap it down to make the 12 hour trip back home. Don’t hesitate to do business with them, regardless if you are local or out of state! 10/10.

Called in about an Amazon listing I saw and got connected to Nate. Things only went up from there. Had a great experience with Nate, he shared his insights on the exhaust system I was looking at and had me checked out within 10 minutes. Treated me just like I was a long time customer. Great business here!

Thank you for reaching out and asking about a new Ducati; we have a few options in stock right now. We just got in a White Panigale V2 which puts out a little more than 150hp. The V2 is an excellent middle weight sport bike option featuring seemingly endless rider aids such as traction control, antilock brakes, wheelie control, and adjustable power modes. The V2 is a class leading sport bike with its standard fitments of technology and mechanical specifications that creates a thrilling riding experience every time you ride it. Another option could is a Ducati Scrambler 1100 Sport Pro. The Sport Pro has a little less than 100hp with great torque that is available through most of the rpm range that makes for a very fun riding experience. It sits more upright than the V2, has a wider seat, and higher bars; all of which equals a very comfortable seating position. The Sport Pro is great for everyday riding adventures and all around applications. If you have any questions please reach out.
I encourage you to call the service department and chat about what needs you have.
Hi Ray, Unfortunately, No TU 250's in stock this year.
That isn't their focus, so they only have one or two but I don't remember the details.
