We arrived Sunday night at midnight. The front desk employee made out night. She was so kind and easy to work with. The outside of the hotel was clean and well lit. Everything was excellent up until we walked in our room. We were greeted with 7+ cockroaches which made getting sleep not so easy. The sheets/towels felt unclean and oily. Won't be back.

This hotel was literally a roach coach. Room was dirty and I killed roaches on the floor. Called the hotel before we booked to see if the pool was open. They said yes. Pool was not open and was green in color. Front desk lady told us that we could swim in it if we wanted too. For $190 for 1 night I expect to stay in a nice place. This was not. I have called twice to speak to the manager and both times he was not available and never called me back. Do not stay. They do not care about their customers!!

The staff does not work with you on anything, deplorable customer service. Also, they let anyone just park in their parking lot, and there were people not living there and just parking because they have construction in the morning. I could not park my vehicle anywhere, so I ended up leaving and heading to another place. They have ants all in the restrooms, and the sheets smell awful. I recommend not to stay here. Please be aware this staff does not care about your safety as well, they just want your money, and that's it—NO HOSPITALITY whatsoever.

I booked my Stay through booking.com like I always do and I also paid through booking. Got to the hotel around 3:30pm was checking in (2 rooms) receptionist tells me the amount I advised him I had already paid through booking he stated no payment had been received, I went ahead and showed him my card where it was showing pending with the confirmation payment number again he said no payment was received and that I had to check with booking.com . I did not want to argue and I went ahead and paid again. Then I had to wait for him to find the two rooms I had already booked in advanced . Got our keys to both rooms and up we went. We arrived to the first room and then went ahead and went to the second room. The door was semi opened so I opened the door slowly thinking maybe that room was already taken to our surprised the room was still dirty . Mind you it was 3:30/4pm when we arrived. I went to our other room and called down stairs to let them know they assigned us a dirty room . We were told to wait . I was waiting by the hall when the manager passes by in a hurry telling them cleaning lady how much longer for the room to be cleaned. Then we were told to wait for another room as they were cleaning it . We decided to go eat and came back to the room finally being ready. Now the review goes to the one single bed room. There was small stains on the blankets, towels omg one towel had this big blob oh hair stuck to it, and u could tell the towel was more of an off white color. Neways luckily we were only there for one night. Mean while I had already contacted booking .com regarding the charges they replied right away and took care of the issue they called the hotel and they advised them to refund my money they had charge me there right away. The hotel manger or receptionist did not bother to informed me that they will be refunding my money. During check out I asked if my money was going to be refunded and the same receptionist who Checked us in advised me that they will mind you no apology for the inconvenience nothing ! Oh and that smell in the lobby is super over powering .

It may be to early ...they just started to install the wiring for the electrical. No floors or furniture are even in yet...I would check every 2 weeks or so
