I did a return on an online order. I asked what about the remaining items will thoes be cancelled to? I was told "oh they will see it and it will be refunded". Yet I get a notification from my account that I had and old navy purchase. I really think you should educate your employees a little better. The customer service desk wasn't much help either.

This store is really neat and clean. Items are in their place and clothes aren't thrown all over the place. The staff is pleasant and I prefer this pain over some others in the area (Rowlett). No bad experiences at Rowlett, just feels like there is more inventory at this location. Awesome store, awesome experience = gets my 5 stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Old navy isn't in the town East mall, its standing on its own. On town center Dr by Ulf home depot, and pets mart.
