They no longer want to groom my senior dog! He doesn't like the clippers on his legs after being cut a while ago and will nip at.the groomer. I told them that on check in. They have been using the scissors on his legs. Well, the check out person told me that takes time and there will be an upcharge. I already pay over $50 for his grooming. First it was they can't groom him on the weekends. I agreed and i always make his appointment during the week. Lastly she says soon we won't be able to groom him at all because he's older and it takes too much time! Customer for 13 years and this is how you treat us. How about creating Senior day instead of discarding them! Definitely didn't like her tone today...will start searching for a groomer that will be a little more gentle!

Staff was nice and my Puppy liked being there. The only terrible thing is: In the beginning of this Months i paid for Puppy Bath & Brush $ 33 now they are charging for Puppy Bath & Brush $ 45 . 2 Weeks later an increase like this?!! This is outrages!!!!

I don’t understand how they are a Pet Store with all the essentials to keep aquariums clean, yet they fail to keep these poor fishes in poor condition. Some are even dead! In other news, they only have one cashier while the rest of the younger crew just hangs in the store. Poor management.

Our training classes are $119 for a 6 week program. It is a great opportunity for the dogs not only fo learn basic obedience but also it allows them to be around other dogs and people which helps them develop their own social skills. You can stop in at anytime that we are open during the week and we have some printed calendars with the dates of the different training classes for that age dog I believe you would be in the beginner's class. You would have to stay with your dog...most of the training classes are in the evening during the week and during the day on the weekend. 🙂

No, you can get them scanned at the banfield vet to see if they're microchipped though.
You can take your water back and they will run a test that lets you know what's wrong with your water, if anything. Sometimes you can buy the fish and that just happens, it's happened to me before., let them know and they may replace your fish if you still have your receipt and I hasn't been too long. Especially if its petsmart or petco.
