Rented unit 201, on Airbnb and loved it! In the heart of it all! A bit noisy at night but once I fell asleep I wasn’t woken up. Loved being able to go to Palace Playland with the kids, and the beach, etc and having our room be just a few steps away. Balcony was great and I’d definitely stay here again!

Cant beat the location and the staff is great. The condo we were in had a fantastic view but needs some maintenance. Broken bathroom fixtures, tvs had issues, doors that squeek so loud it woke our kids up. Dresser drawers that fall out. Also no really great way to get sand off before come off beach. You would expect at least foot showers or outdoor showers but all they have is a single hose. Even with these small issues I would highly recommend and stay again.

Hello, We provide 1 parking space on-site and 1 free at an off-site lot we rent from the town.
I do not rent my 2 units and pay the highest dues on the beach total $1,025 / month. The GV is run as a hotel making the cost to run excessive, Those who do not rent unfairly receive no offset. This subsidizes those who rents profit margin. Total against the Maine condo act, the declaration and bylaws.
