Purchased a Yukon Duramax earlier this year from Sudbay. Overall a very good experience. Dealership impressed me as an oasis in a world of otherwise shifty dealerships out there. High marks to Tom Abbott in sales for his straight shooting and honest approach. Within 300 miles on the truck the check engine light came on and some smoke from under the hood. Turned out to be a faulty secondary egr valve. In working with Greg Grace in service, after some concern over part availablity, truck was repaired ahead of expectation. Greg was attentive and pleasant to deal with. Truck has been fine since with about 4k miles on it. I certainly would recommend this dealership.

it was a pleasant experience. everyone was helpful and freindly. the service ended up being a basic oil change, tire rotation and fluid check on a newish, low-mileage car, but the price was very reasonable and the service prompt and courteous.
