After writing my previous review regarding paying $1400 for pads and rotors. The manager contacted me to let me know that had contacted a Nissan dealer and let me know their cost . He gratefully refunded me the difference. I am glad to see they realized the adjustment.

Customer service does it for me. Every time I buy my tires i feel satisfied, happy,and assured things are being done correctly. Mathew the manager explains things needed very clearly. No surprises and job done on timely manner. I have been a customer a while and my vehicles serviced there at Sullivan's. Excellent job.

I got close to 1100$ worth of work done, brakes/rotors/battery. My ABS, Traction light, and service abs light on. Thought they'd go off after some mileage like the engine light does once the battery is changed. I go back there to get my back up lights replaced, and hey my back right tire plugged..I noticed they put stuff around the rim, never did the water n bubble test. I paid 30$ for basically nothing. I had to go it and buy fix a flat, that has been working for a while now. But, I talked to a neighbor today and he asked me why I haven't gotten my reverse lights done yet? I got out had him go in reverse, sure enough.... no lights. I trusted them to have done it so I didn't think I needed to check the work they were paid specifically to do. I think I am due everything they should've had done and fix my lights cause I have yet to get an inspection sticker. I believe it should be done now I would love to have someone get back to me soon. I'm in the system under this name..
